Hello. I'm selling my condo that resides along the beautiful Grand Lake St. Marys. It's the perfect vacation spot, or if you're like I was when I was living there, it's a perfect bachelor pad. It is a 3rd floor condo on the corner of the building, which is nice because you don't have anyone above you or to the right of you. As you can see by the photos, it has a breathtaking view of the lake. I'll get more pictures of the inside of the condo when my current tenant moves out, which will be at the end of July. I bought the condo new in 2003 and I've only had one renter, who was there for 5 years. We both took great care of it.
