Identification: Applicants must provide at least one form of photo issued ID. Monetary Income: Applicants should earn 2 times the monthly rental amount. To verify income applicants may provide last 3 pay slips or last 3 bank statements. Rental History: Applicants must provide 2 years of current and/or previous landlord information including telephone numbers. Failure to provide correct landlord information (including telephone numbers) can hold up the application and may possibly fail the application. Credit History: Applicants background will be assessed and investigated for civil and credit by Advanced Reporting (#PO Box 12398, Salem, OR 97309) an outside Credit Information Service company. A positive credit score of over 620 is required (Co-signer may be considered if applicant fails to meet this score due to insufficient or poor credit history). Pets: To add pet cats and/or dogs into the Rental Agreement permission must be obtained from Management, copies of vaccination records, spay/neuter certification and a Washington County Dog license (for pet dogs) is required. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted, over 6 months of age and all cats and dogs must receive flea treatment as a matter of precaution throughout the duration of the Rental Agreement. Cats must be indoor cats only and all cats/dogs must be spayed/neutered. Pet deposit is $500.00 per pet with a maximus of two. Pet rent is $25.00 per month per pet.
