It is a cozy 2 bedroom 1bath, 804sf with a double car garage and a nice yard. It is close to I-5 so you can be anywhere quickly, but far enough so it is quiet. This house is walking distance from QFC, and a little bit further is Northgate Mall and transit center. Unit was upgraded with stainless steel dishwasher, fancy new washer and dryer (not pictured) and new modern bathroom vanity and toilet (not shown in the pictures) If you have children, this house belongs to geo zone of Hazel Wolf option school, K to 8grade. This is STEM school with longest waiting list to get in. By living here, you child will be able to get a spot much easier. Candidate Acceptance Criteria Minimum Criteria for approval to rent this unit. 1) Applicant has to fill out an application and pay $40 fee that will be used for credit report and background information (non refundable). 2) Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions can be made upon request. 3) Rent cost must be less or equal to 40% of your gross monthly income. 4) Two incomes that meet 3) will get advantage in case of a tie. 5) Income can not be derived from any illegal activity 6) Income and employment has to be verified by providing last two paycheck or similar acceptable means. If moving to Seattle for a job, a hiring agreement can be presented or other acceptable means. Another form of verification may be required like showing pay on your bank statement. 7) Credit score has to be verified and good. Combined score should be above 720. 700 is minimal acceptable score. 8) Clear background check 9) $1000 deposit is immediately required upon acceptance of agreement. First month minus deposit has to be paid immediately after rental agreement is signed, serving as a non refundable deposit to make sure the new tenant will show up on agreed date. On a move in date, tenant must leave security deposit equal to one month rent. 10) 1 year agreement is required, but special arrangements are possible. 11) All adults living have to be on application and lease agreement. tenant pays utilities
