The house is a 1947 home and could use a full makeover but as it is, it is dry and warm in the winter and cool in the summer and solid as the 8 inch cinder blocks it is constructed of. Other than the house being easy to heat and cool and dry, there aren't much selling points to it. The property with a short walk to the river, a river you can hunt and fish on all you like is what this property offers and only a short walk from downtown Payette. Very safe and secure neighborhood. We had to put out 'no trespassing' signs to keep people from stopping by unannounced. Call first.
