    Stop and read: I'm looking for a special arrangement and although I'm flexible regarding the arrangement, the ideal renters would be a couple who wanted to trade part of the rent for work around my 5-acre property and house. At a minimum, the person or persons interested in this would need to do grounds keeping including but not limited to cutting small trees, removing tree limbs, clearing undergrowth. Secondly, there are other areas where I'd be willing to trade rent for help. These could include housekeeping, driving, pool maintenance, household repairs, pet care, child care, etc. Help/work would be traded for rent at the rate of $15/hour. More details available upon request. PLEASE - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU'RE JUST LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT. Showings will be given to only to those who are interested in this arrangement. You must be fully vaccinated and boosted, if eligible. No medical/religious exemptions will be accepted. No smoking is allowed in the house and preference will be given to non-smokers. My apologies, but I am not set up to accept Section 8. About the unit/property: Built in 2021, this is a lower-level walk-out apartment in a brand new home. The home sits on a 5-acre lot that is part of a larger 50+ acre property giving you access to a large 3-acre lake perfect for fishing, canoeing and kayaking; more than 30 wooded acres ideal for hiking; creeks for wading and exploring; and plenty of land for a garden. There will be a swimming pool and hot tub this spring. There's also a pool house which can be available for your use at times. The apartment itself is a 1400'sq 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit. The larger of the bedrooms has a very large walk-in closet and large window. The smaller bedroom does not have a closet but does have a window. The kitchen is huge and all appliances are included (no dishwasher). The provided washer and dryer are also in the kitchen. This apartment has a large living area with a large picture window and sliding doors to the outside. The home is beautiful with neutral tones throughout the living areas. A large closet provides additional storage. Note: there is no tub in this apartment, just a shower. The house is a couple of miles from the Billtown Road exit of Gene Snyder Freeway, giving you quick access to all that Louisville has to offer.
