Adult 55+ Beautiful totally redecorated cottage located in Pelican's Landing Resort. Our resort is located directly on the Indian River Lagoon. In addition to this furnished unit you have the luxury of using our dock, fishing pier, read a book under our covered pergola, sit at our beach or relaxing in our boat house watching the sunrise and wildlife. When evening falls build yourself a nice campfire in our riverfront fire pit, Visit our clubhouse and pick a nice book to read from our library. Security Deposit required. This cottage can also be rented weekly for $1,100. ($150.00 cleaning fee additional) All you need is your toothbrush!. Pelican's Landing is a 55+ park. Rent includes water, electric, sewer, cable and internet. We love animals but cannot accept pets in the cottage. Driveway for your car, we also have a nice laundry room for you laundry needs.
