This home has a very comfortable floor plan. There is a living room on the front of the house as you enter and a family room on the back of the house as you enter the rear from the carport. The washer/dryer hookups are in a closet off the family room. The bath has two doors to enter it, one from the hall and one from a bedroom. The pet policy found on our home page applies to CATS OR SMALL DOGS ONLY for this home. The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee of $300 will be paid at time of move in. Lease will expire April 30, 2025 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout options available if tenant needs to break lease.
