This apartment sits across the street from Everett Elementary, and is close to a bus route. It has a large eat-in kitchen with newer Vinyl flooring and microwave. There is a working wood burning fireplace in the living room, and coat closet. The bedrooms are decent size with large closets. The bathroom has sink/vanity, and tub/shower combination. There is off-street parking off the alley. There is a coin-operated washer/dryer in a separate room on the premises. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed upon approval. Housing is accepted. The apartment is owned by the landlord, and is well maintained. We do have an application that we require to be filled out, but will waive the $35 fee if you have paid the application fee on Zillow, otherwise we have a $35 application fee for anyone 19 and older that will be residing at the residence. Security Deposit is the same as one month's rent and is required to secure the apartment. Owner pays for water and garbage. Tenant pays for electric and gas, and any additional utilities they want, ie... internet, cable.
