I will provide hand sanitizer, turn on all lights, and open closets and doors to minimize the need to touch things. 4. There is no application fee. 9. Minimum lease term is one year. Yes, that is non-negotiable. After one year, the lease automatically converts to month-to-month. A new lease is not required. 10.com. It is much easier to communicate directly than through Rentler or Zillow though I will respond to communications through those channels.
