Each suite consists of two adjoining rooms, a living/dining area, and a bedroom, offering various sleeping options, including queen, double, and twin beds. Mitsubishi Mini Splits , TV, a kitchen with appliances, small kitchenware, a dining area, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Designed for four-season comfort and decorated with care to reflect New Hampshire's simplicity and heritage. Outside porches with Adirondack chairs, access to picnic tables, grills, fire pit area, and use of private beach. For those who love the thrill of winter sports, you can snowmobile right in your front yard on Squam Lake or go Ice Fishing and you'll be delighted to know that Plymouth, Gunstock, Waterville Valley, Loon, and Cannon Mountains are a stone's throw away. The ski areas are a mere 30-45 minutes from your doorstep, offering endless opportunities for adventure and fun. Utilities, Parking & Wifi included (water, electric, propane, trash), snowplowing in parking spaces, trash pick up, and lawn maintenance. Security deposit required.
