This is a spacious 3rd floor unit; two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with an open concept living/kitchen/dining area, and pets are allowed (dogs have an extra fee)! Granite counter tops, with all new appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. There are vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Community has a pool, grill area, fitness center, and a dog park. We kept it very clean, you're more than welcome to schedule a walk through prior to accepting the sublease. We love the apartment and community, but are moving because we found a house closer to work. The location is very accessible to 283 (without any of the noise), and a short commute to Lancaster and Hershey. 5 minutes from Elizabethtown College.
Lease ends at the end of April 2020. Security Deposit required; to be refunded in full or partial after tenant has vacated the unit and any damage(s) have been assessed. Rent includes the washer/dryer rental costs. Utilities are not included - typically cost about $100 / month. Unit will be unfurnished, and can be available ASAP.
