All of the windows are double pane and there is a heated waterline to below frost line from the main cabin. The outhouse even has a heater. The gravel pad is wonderful and there is plenty of parking. A greenhouse is also on the property. PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP and amazing finish work throughout speak volumes. This is a dream cabin that has been lived in year round. Thoughtful and functional everything. Three burner RV cooktop and oven, microwave, chest freezer & fridge are included. The cabins come fully furnished and all of the drapes match. Even the light fixtures have matching theme. There is a portable air conditioner for those warm July days. Chest freezer is upstairs and a second sink is upstairs. Steps for both the sleeping cabin and workshop are stored under main cabin during winter months to make snow removal around the pad and buildings easier. The front porch/sunroom is enclosed and can be heated. There are two electric heaters in place in the main cabin but not used. There are extra heaters in workshop and outhouse. There is also an electric radiator style available for the sleeping cabin. The Toyo burns about 150 gals per year. THIS IS ALASKANA at its best. There are groomed snow machine trails very close by.
