1 bedroom apartment on private 5.25 residential home site. The apartment is above the back of garage and over looks the back of the property and a view of the pond. We are within 2 miles of grocery stores, Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, Lidl, and several places to eat. We normally rent the apartment out to professionals coming into the area for work. Basic internet is provided. We do have camera's on the property (outside only) for security reasons and have never had a issue thankfully with anything because of them. The only thing that is not in the apartment is a washer/dryer, there is a laundry mate that provides drop off service that we recommend, all linens we are happy to wash for tenants. Currently the apartment is furnished but it doesn't have to be furnished, the linens that would be washed is if the apartment is furnished if not you would be in charge of your own linens. Parking is next to the driveway in a designated space. No smoking allowed in apartment, Pets on a case my case bases. We are looking for someone who will respect that this is a private property that there are other people who live here including children so we want someone who keeps that in mind. We have animals so you must be okay with animals like dogs, cats and chickens and geese. We understand that this isn't the norm as an apartment complex or townhome. Please keep in mind this is a private property.
