Shannondale was built in 2 different sections. The larger section has newer, larger homes that keep the property values high. This home is in a very quiet area with a number of our neighbors that have grown children. If you have children, the Bixby school district is one of the finest and is very popular because it is a little smaller than Tulsa and other districts and has more of a small-town feel. We are surrounded by residential areas for 2 miles in any direction. At one side of this area is a main shopping area with Wal-Mart, Lowes, accompanying businesses and plenty of eateries. We are on Bixby Water and phone service that tends to be lower than surrounding areas. So it is a quiet residential area but close to shopping, food and easy access to major highways and turnpikes.
