There is a single car attached garage and large fenced in back yard. The appliances included are stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are washer and dryer hook-ups but no washer and dryer. Our pet policy is a maximum grown weight of 60 pounds and a maximum of 2 pets. There is a pet deposit of $250 for one pet or $425 for 2 pets plus pet rent of $25 per month per pet.
