This is a special set-apart quiet space. Virtually everything in this little house is custom - doors, windows, bathroom sinks and oversized bath tub, the loft with custom steps, Brazilian cherry floor, the bookcase, and so on. There are two driveways for the house. One is just below the house - you can see the white car parked there. The other pulls up right to the house. There is a fenced garden area you can see in a photo. There is also a downstairs room that has been used for storage but could readily be used as a bedroom. It's about 17 x 10. There is a gas stove, seen in one of the photos. Wifi and cell phone reception is good. Heating and air conditioning is ductless mini split. Quiet and awesome. There is a little laundry room outside the front door that has a full size washer, dryer and refrigerator. The loft space is shown in part in the photo with the maroon bed cover.
