From the living room, a nice view of Tuttle Creek Lake is available! The kitchen contains plenty of storage and is next to the sizeable laundry/pantry area which could easily be converted into another bedroom. The large master bedroom has a great walk-in closet, as well as a full master bathroom. The second bedroom is also sizeable with a spacious closet. A roomy linen closet separates the two bedrooms. The second bathroom contains a whirlpool tub/shower combo. A mudroom leads to the partial basement which contains the (non-conforming) third bedroom which is currently being used as a shop, unfinished family room, and tons of storage. The third bedroom will be converted back before closing into an actual bedroom with new paint, curtains, ceiling fan, and carpet. The property also contains an oversized 2-car garage with shop space, patio, breezeway from garage to kitchen door, fenced in backyard (6' high), storage shed, garden space, parking pad for a boat/rv, and an extra lot.
