Creedmoor is a city in Granville County, North Carolina. The population was 4,124 at the 2010 census. Living here gave me the best of all worlds. Creedmoor is just 20 min. outside of Durham and Raleigh. So live in a small community & avoid all the traffic problems of the bigger cities but visit them regularly where I always enjoyed toe-tapping to the sounds of emerging music and bands, sampling global flavors at one of America's biggest food truck rodeos, broadening horizons through an array of visual and performing arts events or joining thousands of friends to cheer on the home team at PNC Arena, Carter-Finley Stadium just to name a few of my favorites. I think you get the idea.
It will not stay on the market long at $1500 a month. At this point the demand for rentals in this area has been very high and I don't know of any other rentals currently on the market. Don't do what I did...Look and love a home but it would be gone before I could call back to rent - over and over again. The only reason I am leaving my home is to relocate for my job.
