This is a two-story home with one bedroom and full bathroom downstairs and the three bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms upstairs. The large master bedroom is located up stairs and has a bathroom with 2 sinks and separate tub and shower. Each room has a closet, and all second floor rooms have a ceiling fan. The backyard is fenced in and has a nice covered patio, gas BBQ and lawn area. Guests have access to the entire home, back yard and side yard for trash removal. This is a great spot in Folsom, and is close to Old Historic Folsom where you will find eclectic shops, restaurants, escape room, live theater, art classes, boutique shops, and more. There are river recreation areas less than 10 minutes drive from the house. Folsom Lake and Lake Natoma are also 10-15 minutes away. There are some great bike/walking trails within walking distance. Month to month furnished rental. Owner pays for city utilities and internet. Pets are allowed with $250 deposit for 1st pet and $100/per pet thereafter. It is expected that guests clean up after their pet on a daily basis. This is a non-smoking home, but smoking is allowed in the backyard. We have a strict good neighbor policy which does not allow for parties or gatherings, and no overnight stays of unregistered guests.
