Home originally built with a flat roof in 1924 by Ludovico A Gosselin. 3 bedroom 1 bath, small barn connected at the back. In 1959 owners Alda and Oscar Letarte hired contractors to build a 2nd story over the existing flat roof. The small barn was converted into a garage around this time as well. In 1990, owner Chris Otis built an addition which is now the current livingroom. Various updates throughout the years, fully gutted, plaster walls replaced with drywall, knob and tube wires replaced with a mix of old and new Romex wire. (1950s Romex, 1980s Romex, 2006 Romex) All cast iron sewer lines replaced with PVC in 2006 (Exception for where it leaves the house) Copper lines repaired and replaced in 2017.
