The house's amenities include full kitchen, living and dining rooms, a large backyard with firepit, on-site parking, and more. Each room has enough space for a couple, but single applicants are preferred in order to keep the house from being too crowded. The current housemate is nice, clean, private, and will be out of town much of the time. This is my own house and I do not currently live in the area, but would be happy to schedule a tour at your convenience. Contact for more details. Renter is responsible for their share of usual maintenance and chores, as determined by the household.
