There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine applies for leaving the kayaks on the pool. Please return them to the designated place. Avoid clogging by not throwing trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
