DESCRIPTION: This is a first floor apartment in a multi family house. Kitchen, LR and BR (hardwood floors)- full bath. Two entrances both small halls (3ft by 6ft). Walking distance to Stamford Mall, downtown, police station - about a mile to the train.
The house is older and is likely not suited for someone who has just left the newer, luxury units. The house does not have those amenities. The house is very well suited for someone who is looking for a unit that is private, secure and homey with courteous and respectful tenants- and an owner who lives on the premises and is available to the tenants 24/7.

LEASE: All leases are recurring month to month. The departing tenant is a local attorney- she has been living here almost 4 years, on a month to month basis. She will be showing the apartment to perspective tenants.
