I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1st floor 2 bed apartment as a whole at Country Garden Apartments in Troy near Emma Williard and HVCC. Rent is $815-includes water/trash. The rest of the utilities run about $80-120. This place is cat friendly. I will be leaving November 27 and the lease ends at the end of February with a chance to renew. There is a coin laundry in the building, right in front of the unit. This place is not furnished, but I am willing to leave/sell some.
