One of the best examples of American Craftsman architecture in southern West Virginia, the historic Wray Home was built in 1910 at Glen White for Everette Wray, the chief accountant for influential coal baron E.E. White. The founder of the E.E. White Coal Company, White, who commissioned the home to be built for the Wrays, lived in the colonnaded mansion that stands on the adjacent knoll.
