Every room has a smart tv in it. This home does have a pellet stove down in the walk out basement. This home also has k1 heating. The heat from the pellet stove can heat most the house through the floor vents. This is a lake property house right on the lake. Washer and drier down stairs shared with the tenets next door. This is a short term rental only move in date will be October 1st 2025 through March 31th th 2026. A Pet deposit will be required of $500 for any damages done. This is a non smoking home. Any smoking done must be outside. No party's will be allowed at the property. If these things happen immediately the rental agreement will be broken without your deposit back. Electric is to be put in your name Durning your lease. Internet is included. Snow removal will be available at a cost. If you cannot find your own snow removal please contact the property management.
