This house is fully furnished with all new appliances, silverware, towels, bed sheets ext. Has its own driveway. Basically everything you need to move in. Wifi is included. Heat is paid by the renters as is snow removal during storms. The house is equipped with a generator in case you lose power that is propane ran. Propane is paid for by us! Every room has a smart tv in it. This home does have a pellet stove down in the walk out basement. This home also has k1 heating. The heat from the pellet stove can heat most the house through the floor vents. This is a lake property house right on the lake. This is a short term rental only move in date will be October 15th 2024 through April 15th 2025. A Pet deposit will be required of $500 for any damages done. This is a non smoking home. Any smoking done must be outside. No party's will be allowed at the property. If these things happen immediately the rental agreement will be broken without your deposit back. Electric is $175 a month. Internet is included. Snow removal will be available at a cost. If you cannot find your own snow removal please contact the property management. Heat is not included. You must contact an K1 provider for oil delivery's.
