THERE IS A MUD ROOM AS YOU ENTER THE FRONT DOOR. WITH ALL THE APPIANCES YOU NEED. WASHER AND DYER ARE SHARED WITH THE OTHER HOMES BASEMENT. Owners pay WiFi. Electric is $75 per month on top of rent. Trash pick can be done with the road trash guy. Ask owner for more detail. Snow removal can be set up with owners if you cannot find your own person. Heat will need to be put in your name during the winter month. This is a 6 month rental only. Starting October 15th- April 15th. This is a non smoking house. Pets must be approved by owner.
