You have a nice living area with a comfy couch & 55" TV. There is a reading area overlooking the city. The dining area has a large table, this is perfect for entertaining & also is a great work/study space. The kitchen has everything you need & a stackable washer/dryer is located in the closet. The bathroom has a large shower with 2 shower heads & the bedroom has a great queen size bed. There is a rooftop terrace that is shared by the buildings occupants, this is a great place to unwind & watch a great sunset. Smoking is NOT allowed in this loft. Lease duration is negotiable.
