The pictures show carpet in the main area, but that has been replaced with nice hardwood floors. The bedrooms are carpeted. No more parking tickets! There is room for two cars to park in your own assigned parking space. You also have access to a large storage space to put anything in that doesn't fit in your apartment (like that canoe!). All this is included in the rent. The only utility you pay for is electricity. This unit has both heat and air conditioning - Summer is coming!
