During school days you can hear all the little kids yelling and screaming during recess and there are some Harley Davidson motorcycle owners but other than that it is a quiet neighborhood. Street racing was a problem a few years ago but since the speed bumps have been installed there have been no more occurances of this. Neighbors are friendly if you want to talk to them otherwise they leave you be.
