    Nothing is perfect but this home and the 5 plus acres of land is about as close as I can imagine anyone being. Built in 2005 with 2 x 6 exterior walls in the home and 2 x 8 exterior walls in the basement is just the beginning. The house and grounds are both clean as a whistle. Their are no repairs needed. Imagine your stress level diminishing as you drive along your 250' tree canopied drive to your home in the midst of more mature trees that shield you from everyone and everything except nature and God's creatures. All the appliances are new since 2016 with the 5 burner range just being installed in 2024. The furnace and central air were upgraded and installed in 2023. And the seller installed a reverse osmosis system. Granite countertops in the kitchen were done in 2022. Tile floor in the laundry, 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining and pantry were done in 2021. The master bath was completely redone in 2020 with step in shower enclosure, tile floor and all new vanity, sink and toilet. The other full bath and both 1/2 baths were completely remodeled. One of the 1/2 baths is a new install in the basement. There are 'silent floor' joist throughout and 14" of insulation in the attic. A concrete approach keeps your garage much cleaner. There is a roomy covered sitting porch off the front of the house, a screened porch off the back of the house as well as a covered grilling area and a doggy run that goes from the house to a fenced area outside. In a word..... peaceful.
