We used it many times until it started smoking a little in the house, cant have that with a new baby. We were never able to look into it more. Inside: This double wide mobile home is a sturdy one. We have used and enjoyed this home a lot, that is why we put fairly new carpet in three of the rooms (one of which is the living room and office). The main and master bathroom both have new flooring, the laundry room has new flooring as well. In the laundry room there is room to put a chest freezer or stand-up freezer, cabinet, or a bunch of shelving. The washer and dryer come with the mobile home. -The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a nice wrap around cupboard. The stove and fridge come with the mobile home. We are leaving a new faucet that we intended to install, if we have enough time we might install that, but we are not intending to do it. -In the dinning room is a small chandelier and a sliding door onto a small deck (facing east). -The bedrooms have plenty of space. In the larger bedroom one of the windows is broken. In years past it has not affected anything, but as we were getting the mobile home ready to sell, it broke even more. So we are not sure how to handle that one. If we end up with more time then we expected then we might look into how to fix it. However, it is a double window, so only one layer is broken. -The master bedroom is so fun! We loved having a big closet, a little closet and a big bathroom all to our own. The handles on the shower place need new ones, I am not sure we will get to that, but we used that shower plenty of times. The sink works great, I do not think it looks that pretty, but that is okay. Outside: -On the west side a nice little patio that we have enjoyed many meals on, along with a grill (that you may keep, although you have to get your own gas). -In the front (south) is a beautiful rose bush (I am terrible with flower names, but I am pretty sure that is what it is called). This lot is rather big in comparison to other lots here. To give you an idea how big the driveway is, we have fit 4 cars in the parking space, although it was a very tight squeeze, most other residents can only fit 2. -Near the back (north) of the property is a little box for a garden, a 10x12 metal shed with shelving up top, and there is also a plastic smaller shed. We have enjoyed living in this community, it is generally quiet, except for when the school bus comes zooming up the street. When we bought the mobile home, we were hoping to one day move it to our own land and build it up a floor with cinder blocks. But God had different plans. We hope that the next person can enjoy it just as much as we have, if not more.
