The Point Pleasant/Jenkinson's boardwalk is a short drive and provides a wonderful walk to the Manasquan Inlet, weekly Fireworks on the ocean on the north end, several nice waterfront restaurants, and aquarium. Train service to NYC is available from the Point Pleasant Beach train station. You get 2 bedrooms which are small, your own private bathroom, and use of onsite laundry, parking, an open family/dinning/kitchen area and a den/office all facing the water with 3 sliding doors. The home is freshly painted inside and out, has new quartz kitchen countertop and sink, new windows, central AC, and new light fixtures. One bedroom has new carpet, the other wood flooring. The rest of the home has recently refinished hardwood flooring with an area rug in the family/TV area. Your bathroom has an extravagant lighted vanity mirror with defrost, the exhaust fan also has a heater. The exterior of the home has motion activated lighting which automatically lights your walk and video security floodlights which I can share with you so you can monitor the outside of the home and watch the canal boat traffic remotely.
