The walk-in closet is plenty for 2 people, but there's still a reach-in closet in the guest bedroom. When you get here, you pull up in your reserved parking spot, swing the door open, and unpack your clothes. From there on, you're home! No smoking allowed. Comes with Free WiFi, Water/Electric for the duration of your contract. 1st, last, & security due at signing. Background check required. Linen Service is $100/month, service is weekly. Cleaning Service is available Bi-weekly or Monthly. Dry Cleaning pick-up/drop off is $10/trip. One assigned parking spot and one guest spot are yours daily. Security deposit is returned the day after move-out, pending issue-free inspection.
