The house is centrally located mid-strand in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood centrally located between the North and South Strand with the added advantage of being just 15-minutes from the beach. There are 2 seasonal pools for your use and enjoyment. Restaurants and shopping are less than 10 minutes away. The house has 2 bedrooms, each accompanied by an attached bathroom. It offers a complete kitchen, a dining area, a Carolina room that gazes upon the encompassing woods, and a patio. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom contains two twin beds. Additionally, the living room provides a pull-out couch fitted with a memory foam mattress. If interested in renting the house, an application through Zillow that includes a credit report must be submitted before we can show the house. If your credit report is satisfactory, we can arrange a time to show the house to you. Thank you. This house is fully furnished, including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, washer, dryer, etc. and linens if needed. Rental terms of 1-6 months available. Max occupants is 4, including infants and children. If rental term is for less than 3 months, the monthly rental amount will be increased to $2,296 to include required accommodation taxes. Utilities included in the rental amount are: Internet, basic cable TV, and trash service. You would be responsible for electric and water. No pets allowed. No smoking of any kind (including vaping) in the house. The garage is not included in the rental, unless a special arrangement with the Owner is made. Parking is available in the driveway, allowing for a maximum of 2 cars parked side-by-side. Street parking is prohibited as per HOA restrictions as well as any trailers.
