This is a great flat piece of land on all sports Woodruff Lake. It is just off of I-96 at Pleasant Valley Road near Grand River. I was planning on building my home on the land but for work reasons I can not move to Brighton. My loss is your gain. I am looking to sell the land for what I have in to it. This is by far the best lake lot left in the area it is so flat and beautiful. The picture attached is from this summer. I put a dock in and bought a boat and used the lot all summer. Great Neighbors. A house a couple lots down just sold for over $300,000. I have done a lot of research on building and it is a great lot to build on. It is in Brighton Twp so you can get financed with GreenStone for a farm loan. That is what I did. There is a sewer connection at the street from the twp. And I had the water professionally tested. All came back good. I will provide you with the results. The lake is private, and is small. I caught a lot of fish this summer and had a lot of fun swimming. Very few people on the lake.
