The room comes equipped with a bed frame, mattress, dresser, nightstand (not pictured) with a lamp. You'll find a high-quality memory foam mattress, with a down waterproof mattress topper. If you would like the second room, rent is $1500. The second room (currently empty) will be outfitted with a TV, mini fridge, and a sofa, creating a cozy private space for you to relax and unwind. Shared spaces are Kitchen, Loft, Laundry Room and Living Room. The atmosphere of the home is a calming sanctuary, and I'm looking for someone who values a thoughtful, peaceful living environment. You enjoy socializing occasionally but also appreciate having your own space. A quiet home during traditional sleep hours is essential. I have two friendly dogs who just love cuddles.
