It has a private entrance, private kitchen, one bathroom, one living room (10.75 x 20.75 feet) with two windows, one bedroom, fenced in backyard, backyard patio, driveway parking, storage space under stairs, extra deep cabinets in kitchen for more storage, blinds/window coverings. Utilities included in the rent are internet, ADT live monitoring security system, and laundry (only shared space in the house). Utilities not included in rent (divided each month per person): Natural Gas (last 12 months average was about $79, divided by 3 = about $26 per person), Electricity (last 12 months average was about $167, divided by 3 = about $56 per person). Smoking only outside. All applicants require a background check, credit check, proof of income, and $750 damage deposit.
