Utilities included in the rent are internet, ADT live monitoring security system, and laundry (only shared space in the house). Utilities not included in rent (divided each month per person): Natural Gas (last 12 months average was about $79, divided by 3 = about $26 per person), Electricity (last 12 months average was about $167, divided by 3 = about $56 per person). Smoking only outside. All applicants require a background check, credit check, proof of income, and $750 damage deposit.
