Please select pool heating during your reservation booking process or pool will not be heated. Pool heating is only an option from 10/1-5/15, we will not offer heating as an option during summer months as water temperatures are to warm. - Boat Lift The boat lift is available for guest use with liability waiver filed, proof of vessel insurance & registration on file before arrival. The life will only accommodate center consoles under 28'. No flats boats or Catamarans will be allowed use of lift. - Kayaks & Bicycles We have two ocean kayaks and 2 bicycles available for guest use. To retrieve the code for each please file your release of liability and waivers prior to arrival. Kayak operation does require guests to wear a life preserver at all times and have passed a boaters safety course if born after 1984 in the State of Florida. It is guests responsibility to acquire these items and provide prior to their stay. - Parking Parking maximum for the home is 2 vehicles, 1 boat/1 boat trailer. No additional vehicles are permitted. Rents will have added tax of 12.5% if under 6 months. Monthly lease $250.00 Utility Credit Monthly, Overage billed to tenant. 1 small pet with deposit Exit Clean Cleaning Fee Monthly Cleaning Fee 12.5% tax if stay is less than 6 months.
