I'm looking a roommate for my beautiful room in my apartment. The room is the first room in the apartment, it has a private entrance and it's furnished. Inside of the room there are a beautiful a brass vintage mirror,some shelves for books on the wall, a Murphy bed that is attached to the wall, some window curtains and a beautiful chairs with ottoman to take a nap or to relax. The location is extremely great because the apartment is located in one of the best streets in Hoboken which is Hudson street. The apartment is 6 minutes walk to Steven Institute, close to Starbucks, two blocks from Sinatra Park and one block from Hoboken Art museum. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared. Students are welcome but that student has to be very mature with proof that he can pay rent on time.The kitchen is shared only for light cooking( like breakfast) because I don't require 50/50 for utility.
