The property has easy access to public transportation with a bus stop only 2 houses away which will provide a 10 minute bus ride to Century Park bus and LRT station for further access to South Gate Mall, University of Alberta, Grant Macewan university, Nait and downtown Edmonton that is great for students and working professionals communting to university or work. Driving to South Common Shopping Complex takes only 10 minutes, and to Anthony Henday takes 5 minutes and to international airport and Amazon takes 15 minutes.
