You also have a Dillons Grocery within blocks and several quality restaurants. The apartment was remodeled with attractive touches 4 years ago and is in great shape. At the time of remodel It had new flooring, new appliances, new lighting, new efficient AC/furnace etc.. This unit has 2 equal size bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Owner pays water, trash and sewer while tenant pays electric. As the owner I take pride in my properties and am looking for hardworking, honest tenants who will respect the other tenants in the building as well as taking care of the apartment. I work hard to be a responsive and quality landlord (i try to fix issues fast) and build trusting relationships with my tenants. I have invested a significant amount of money in this unit and need a tenant who will pay the rent in full and on time. If you are not this person, please don't apply. That said, if you are a quality, hardworking tenant I will work hard to make your experience in this unit a positive one. Owner pays water, sewer, trash. Tenant pays electric Parking is off street in attached parking lot. Unit does NOT include washer/dryer or hookups. No smoking allowed. I have allowed pets in the past but am trying to move away from that due to the damage to the property and annoyance to other tenants.
