I have 2 bedrooms available at my 4 bedroom house located about 2-1/2 mile north of University of Maine Orono Campus on College Ave. I'm ideally looking for University affiliates. Rent is $440/month. Lease starting August 2017 - August 2018. I require 1st, last and security to move in. Security deposit is a months rent. Current roommates are a senior, and a junior. Rooms are 170 square feet and 130 square feet. House has; nice front load washer and dryer, University Forest and Stillwater river in backyard. I literally boarder the univeristy forest on 3 sides, and there is forest between me and my non Univeristy neighbor. The river is flowing through my back yard, and you have complete access to it so bring a canoe or kayak. There is also a trail system next to the house for biking and running and just more woods to tool around in. Wood floors throughout. Lots of work on the house in the last year; new siding, windows, trim, floors, paint. This is a really nice place. I just do not have very good pictures at the moment, and you should just stop by to see it. I am an alumni of the university, and this is my personal property. I'm not a management company. I also have a 3 bedroom house listed here on craigslist if you want to take a look at that. Everything is included (heat, hot water, electric, Internet, parking), except trash ($1.50/bag) I do not impose any rules, but expect everyone to be accountable. I want the house kept neat and clean.
