On part of the tenants, I expect prompt rent payment and the following below: There is no excess storage on the property. The enclosed back porch is okay for laundry, but is not a storage unit. Reasonable storage may be placed on back stairs landing entering enclosed porch. When moving in only the back entrance must be used. Landlord pays for public electrical. Filters for Central Unit will be provided by landlord. Front stairs are above the downstairs bedroom, please walk respectfully up to the unit after hours. The backyard may be used to chain up bikes etc. No cigarette smoke is allowed in the property, and the surroundings must be maintained clean and free of garbage. We asks that all guest please treat the building and neighbors with respect. The garage is rented, but there is plenty of permit street parking. Once the garage becomes available, tenants will be made aware. All doors must remained locked at all times, so to avoid any pests creeping in.
