Many updates and much work to do on our three bedroom bungalow. The bathroom has been refinished with a Jetted tub, the living room and dining room have new flooring and paint. windows were all replaced in 2019, gravel was put down on the driveway. air conditioner and furnace were replaced in 2015. water softener was new in 2011. kitchen counters were replaced in 2018. garbage disposal was added in 2017. the basement and the upstairs are not finished so they do not count in the square footage of the house and the house is on a lot of two.
