    I love where my house is situated, on a Cul-de-sac and a wooded lot for Privacy. We have the Absolute Best neighbors. Awesome Neighborhood that always Celebrates the holidays and does so much for the Children Young & Old. Most of all my house has the BEST layout, plenty of space for everyone. My kitchen is a dream for me, best set up I have seen. We truly enjoyed the 22 years here but the time has come to downsize and move closer to our Children & Grandchildren near the Beach. Great place to raise a Family. Also a suite for a Parent(s) to have their own space and still room for guests. Uptown Charlotte is only about 40 mins away and for a quick getaway there are Beautiful, Enjoyable Lakes, Beaches and Mountains which are a nice easy drive.
