Laundry is shared between two suites upstairs. host lives downstairs, single with two adorable Poodle/ShihTzus. These breeds are hypoallergenic and do not shed but home is pet friendly. The other suite may have guests staying as well. No more than two guests per suite (5 people total on the property). Garage: Shared, two shelves for storage available. Parking off street. Kitchenette is fully equipped with microwave, countertop oven/air fryer/toaster, Keurig and coffee pods, hot plate, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, dishes and glasses, wine opener, can opener, etc. If I didn't stock it upstairs I have it downstairs and am happy to provide it!
