The room is fully furnished with queen bed, dresser, couch, TV, and desk. There is a private deck that leads to a fantastic view of the river and mountains. A fully equipped kitchenette with lots of storage, sink/dishwasher combo, and mid-size fridge w/ freezer. Room is up a full flight of stairs. Home is shared but owner has private rooms downstairs. Laundry is shared between roommates upstairs. Owner lives downstairs, single female with two adorable Poodle/ShihTzus. These breeds are hypoallergenic and do not shed but home is pet friendly. Garage: Shared, two shelves for storage available. Parking off street.
