This beautiful home is great for large families. It is conveniently located in between Franklin Street and Weaver Street (downtowns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro). Both downtowns are about a five minute walk. The house is split into two sections. There is the main part of the house (living room, dining room, bathroom 1, 2 bedrooms, bathroom 2, and kitchen). And there is the room section (3 rooms and bathroom 3). The kitchen is large and has a gas stove. The pantry has ample space. There will be some furniture left in the house. It is up to you if you would like to keep it or give it away. Tenant is responsible for their water, gas, and electric bill. Last month and first month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed inside of the house. No pets allowed. You will be responsible for the exterior maintenance (cutting the grass, clean gutters, and trim any shrubs). Owner will check up on the house every 6 months to ensure the house's condition, with ample notice.
