Down the hall is a large bedroom with closet and a bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. In the back is the Kitchen and a back entrance / mudroom that can be used to house bikes, food, or other general storage items. Other info: The unit is located on the main floor. There are two entrances; one through the front door and one through the back mudroom. There is a large unfinished basement that is accessible to both units and has a shared washer and dryer. My wife and I live in the upper unit so you can guarantee that the duplex is shared with people that respect and care for the house. Utilities are split evenly between both units on a monthly basis, which include water, electricity, and gas. Depending on the time of year, this ends up being about 80 dollars per month per unit/ We have a strict no pet / no smoking policy. There is no driveway but there's plenty of street parking.
