The are two primary suites with king beds and en suite bathrooms on the main and upper levels, plus two additional bedrooms (one queen bed, one with four twin beds) and a full bath off of a cozy TV room on the lower level. The heart of this home lies in its open-concept living area on the main floor. Here, a chef-inspired kitchen blends with a warm and inviting living room, plus a dining space for 10 + 2 at the bar, and a generous living room. Gather around for a cozy chat on the living room sectional, savor delicious meals with loved ones, or snuggle in for a game night full of laughter and fun. (NOTE: Living room now has a large sectional sofa instead of pictured chairs.) As you step outside through the sliding glass door from the dining room, you'll find an expansive deck, featuring an 8-person hot tub, outdoor seating, and gas grill. Enjoy morning coffee or a meal outdoors.If you're lucky, catch a glimpse of Mamma moose and her baby as they meander by or a visit from one of our resident hummingbirds. In the afternoon on 'til evening, relax in rocking chairs on the front porch, watching the sun go down while the chipmunks and bunnies frolic in the front garden. The lower level includes an entertainment room with sectional sofa, smart TV, and beverage fridge/bar - perfect for family movies or catching a game. Additionally, the upstairs loft with sectional sofa and smart TV provides a cozy spot for afternoon puzzles, quiet reading time, or a bonus social space. A two-car, attached and heated garage, plus off-street parking for two additional cars in the driveway, ensures ample parking for everyone's convenience. Situated on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, you'll have access to world-class outdoor recreation. Winter brings downhill and Nordic skiing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling and more. In the summer, hiking and biking trails await, showcasing the breathtaking landscapes of the Rockies. Home is available as a rental from April - November. (The owners use the home Dec-March.) No smoking on property. Pets considered with pet deposit, additional cleanings, and move-out deep clean. Rental price includes water, sewer, trash, internet, and hot tub maintenance); tenant responsible for Xcel (electric and gas) and final cleaning fee ($450). Hot tub crew will need to access the home briefly every two weeks to maintain hot tub.
